Event Confirmation & Minimum Participation
This event requires a minimum of 15 registered participants. If registrations fall below this threshold up to 24 hours before the event, the event may be cancelled. In such cases, participants will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued within 0–7 business days. -
Family-Friendly Environment & Code of Conduct
This night-sky viewing session is a family-friendly event open to all age groups. The use of alcohol, cigarettes, or any other substances is strictly prohibited. Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour at all times. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive conduct toward organizers or other attendees will result in removal from the event and may lead to being barred from future events. The organizer reserves the right to refuse service to individuals violating these standards. -
Participant Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No cancellations or refunds will be permitted within 24 hours of the event or on the event day.

Weather & Viewing Conditions
Event organizers are not responsible for sky visibility or weather conditions such as rain, cloud cover, haze, or other natural factors. In the case of adverse weather, the event will be held indoors, and no refunds will be issued. -
Organizer-Initiated Cancellations
If the event is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations, participants will be notified and issued a full refund within 0–7 business days. -
Policy Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify the cancellation or event policy in exceptional circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated to registered participants via email or phone. -
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and agree to all the Terms & Conditions stated above, including the implications of weather conditions and behavioural expectations. -
Exclusions & Participant Responsibilities
Any service, facility, or provision not explicitly stated in the Terms & Conditions is not included as part of the event. Transportation to and from the event venue is the sole responsibility of the participant and is not covered by the event fee. Organizers are not liable for any transportation-related delays, issues, or expenses. -
Movement Restrictions for Safety
Participants are not permitted to venture outside designated areas, which include only the visual observing zone and the accommodation zone. The surrounding region is part of the Bannerghatta forest, and exploring it at night poses significant safety risks. For the protection of all attendees, movement beyond approved areas is strictly prohibited.
