At Astro Mechanics, we are committed to ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipping process.

• International Orders: Shipped via registered international courier services or International Speed Post.

• Domestic Orders: Shipped via registered domestic courier services or Speed Post.

• Orders are dispatched within 0–90 business days, or as per the dispatch schedule agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

• We always strive to deliver on time; however, since we import certain components, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order.

• Delivery delays may occur due to high demand, seasonal sales, or supply chain disruptions. Dispatch times may also be affected, and we kindly request customers to support and understand these challenges as we grow our small business.

• Your support means lot to us—we are a small business doing our best to bring you high-quality products, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations.

• If delivery exceeds 60 business days beyond the promised date, we will process a full refund.

• Refunds will NOT be provided for delays ranging from 2 to 6 weeks beyond the estimated delivery date.

• Delivery timelines are subject to the courier company’s or postal service’s policies and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Precise delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

• Business days commence the day after payment is received. Public holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

• Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered during the purchase.

• Products with large volume or weight will be shipped via road transport, and the additional charges will be communicated during order confirmation.

• Astro Mechanics does not cover expenses related to transporting items beyond the ground floor.

• Deliveries to rural or non-Tier-1 city locations may take additional time based on our logistics partners’ estimates.

• Shipments to areas lacking road infrastructure are not feasible. Customers in such locations will be responsible for arranging pickup from the nearest accessible point, and Astro Mechanics will not be liable for any damages incurred during transportation to these areas.

• If delivery fails after two attempts, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customers will bear the cost of repeat shipping in such cases.

• If Astro Mechanics is unable to dispatch an order within 30–45 business days due to internal delays, a refund process will be initiated, and the customer will be notified.

• For orders in remote or non-serviceable locations, as determined by our logistics partners, the customer will need to arrange for pickup from the nearest logistics hub. Relevant details will be shared in the tracking information.

• Optical components are fragile, and Astro Mechanics is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Customers are advised to secure shipping insurance for such items.

• Shipments exceeding a value of ₹5 Lakh will include mandatory insurance, the cost of which will be added to the order at checkout.

• Astro Mechanics is responsible for handing over consignments to the courier or postal authorities within the specified timeframe but does not guarantee delivery timelines.

• We are not liable for delays or additional expenses resulting from courier service or postal norms.​
