The Telescope Factory Astronomy Headlamp
Red Light. Better Night Vision. Hands-Free Convenience.
Designed for amateur astronomers and stargazing enthusiasts, The Telescope Factory Astronomy Headlamp provides versatile red illumination for observing sessions, star-chart reading, and navigating in the dark. Its adjustable beam and multiple lighting modes make it a practical companion for nights under the stars.
Three Red Light Modes
Bright Red Light: Provides stronger illumination when setting up equipment, handling accessories, or moving around your observing site.
Dim Red Light: Offers softer illumination for reading star charts, checking telescope settings, and working at the eyepiece while helping preserve your dark-adapted vision.
Flashing Red SOS Mode: A blinking red light for emergencies or signalling when assistance is needed.
Adjustable Beam for Different Tasks
The sliding lens mechanism lets you push or pull the front lens to adjust the beam between a more focused flashlight-style output and a wider, dispersed illumination. Use the focused beam when you need to direct light at a specific object, or the dispersed beam when you need broader illumination for reading and handling equipment.
Adjustable Head for Convenient Lighting
The lamp head rotates downwards through approximately 90 degrees, allowing you to direct the light where you need it. Point it down towards a book, notebook, or star atlas for comfortable hands-free reading, or adjust its position to illuminate your equipment and workspace.
A Practical Companion for Every Stargazing Session
Whether you're preparing your telescope, consulting a sky map, organising eyepieces, or navigating your observing site, this headlamp offers flexible, hands-free red illumination for astronomy and other low-light activities.
